in Fillmore, Utah
Happy Camper Rating 8.5/10
We stayed the night at Fillmore, Utah KOA just off Interstate 15. Fillmore was the first state capital of Utah. The Camp had beautiful mountain views. The sun doesn't set until after 9pm so we were able to enjoy some swimming and outdoor cooking before getting to bed. We had a long day of driving. Our lot had a fire pit and picnic table on site. Our lot neighbor gave me a kind reminder that there are black widow spiders hanging around. Chandler grabbed a flashlight and thoroughly inspected our picnic table before taking a seat. The pool is brand new and has a tall privacy block wall. The pool and hot tub are small in size but the camp isn't very big and I believe it is a good size for guests to cool off in. The main building and restaurant were inside a beautifully maintained log cabin. Over all the camp ground was very clean and well maintained. Probably the cleanest gravel camp we have been to yet.
