Oklahoma Family Time

Day 22

The drive from Albuquerque, New Mexico led us to our next stop, Lawton, Oklahoma. We spent most of the day in the car, but after finally setting up, we went to see Grandma Tana and Uncle Monty. We only saw Uncle Monty for a little while because we left with Grandma Tana to go out to dinner at Applebee's. Dinner was nice, but the family time was even better. It was a great way to finish the night before going back to the RV for the night.

Day 23

We went to see Great-Grandma Baggett at her place. We took lots of pictures and did some catching up. We got to see Uncle Monty at his work place (washing dishes! Just kidding, but he did have to wash dishes while we were there so we enjoyed giving him a hard time!) We had a family party at Auntie Jeannie and Uncle Mitch's. Our cousins, second cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Grandma, and Great Grandma were all there. The kids swam for a little while, while Uncle Mitch and I kept trying to one up each other with how many plates of food and dessert we could eat. The family bonding was great, we hadn't seen each other in over three years.

Day 24

We woke up early to have breakfast with cousin Brent and his girlfriend. We spent most of the day with Great Grandma playing Spinners. She totally killed us at it, Great Grandma is seriously hard core when it comes to Spinners.
