Aero Car over Niagara Falls Whirlpool
Today we were determined to get the the Aero Car before closing! I am extremely afraid of heights but really wanted to ride the Aero Car. It was pretty AWESOME! As you set foot on the Aero Car, you are one of 35 people aboard a cable car supported by cables high above the Niagara Whirlpool which is formed at the end of the rapids where the gorge turns abruptly counterclockwise. The Aerial Cable car travels between 2 points of the Canadian Shore of the Niagara River over the Whirlpool. A round trip is 3,600 feet.
After our Aero Car trip, we went down the road for a relaxing picnic lunch. We decided to head back to the resort for some swimming and free play with our new neighbors that have 2 little boys of the same age as ours. They were pretty excited to have some new friends. It was nice to just sit back and relax.
